Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of primeautocare.ca and the mobile car detailing services booked through it. Detailing services are provided by CelerityAutoCare Inc.; the booking platform is operated with platform services by O.MS.H Media Inc. By booking, you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide mobile car detailing at a location you choose within our service area in the Greater Toronto Area. We bring our own water, power, and equipment. You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and reasonable access to the vehicle and the space needed to work on it.

Bookings and pricing

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. Please give us as much notice as possible. We may cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control, and will work with you to find a new time or issue a refund.

Promotions

Promo codes such as first-detail discounts are intended for new customers, apply to a single booking, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Satisfaction and refunds

We stand behind our work and will do our best to make it right if you are not satisfied. Refunds, where offered, are handled through Stripe to the original payment method.

Liability

We take reasonable care with your vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions, or for items left in the vehicle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
